Main challenge: Asking people to help take photo of me.

This wasn't too hard. But I needed to pick a proper people for this. I didn't want to pick someone who was in a hurry, so I approached only people who were standing.

Eventually asked 3 people only. Wasn't very proud and my mood was not very good today. However, I felt confident. Not sure how this would be in the past, but today I had minimum anxiety asking people to take a photo of me.

Main challenge: Smiling to strangers.

No Near-death experience with this challenge, as it's not that hard, as the first one. Not filming this challenge, as it just wouldn't show much.

It was hard to make an eye contact with people, simply because people passing by just mind their own business and don't look much at me...

1. Difficulty concentrating, remembering details, and making decisions

What? Yes, Where am I? Up shit creek most of the time. My memory is not so good any more. I forget things or care.

2. Fatigue and decreased energy

Yes, I feel exhausted now and dont go out much. I have become much more avoidant and often dont speak to other people for weeks.
