Thinking abit clearer

Okay so I havent weighed myself yet after loosing 2 pounds, but I can really feel the difference, thankgod my backfat is melting off!
Calling 'SA' a mental illness, I think exercise is good for my mind, im finally thinking straight, it clears my mind and im not as moody&upset, finally I feel as im gaining controll of my mind a little more

Dancing 2 pounds off

So I was supposed to wait untill the end of the month to weigh myself, its been 2 and a half weeks since I started and ive officially lost 2 pounds
Ive been dancing to a wii game 'Just Dance 2'
It gets you in quite a sweat, so its proves effective because I havent been doing anything else apart from calorie counting.

Out of the junk wagon

Its been quite awhile since I posted on here, if I recall it was on newyears.
Its been 2 weeks since jumped out of junk wagon and counting my calories to a healthier me. I feel so much happier, its now a lifestyle and not just a crappy diet.
Im not sure why the others failed, but I have a good feeling that this one is going to succeed
