Right now I wish I could walk into a recovery camp for a few weeks then come out fine.
I felt so silly a few moments ago
Some workmen had to come and fix a chairlift for my dad, the guy who was fixing it came into the kitchen where I was and some how I ended up on the floor sweeping it with the dust pan and brush.
Untill it actually came to the floor being completely clean I just sat there untill my legs went dead, I guess thats the most annoying thing about SA is...

Ive actually had a progressed day
I havent been out exactly but feeding the animals, house work has actually kept me busy
and ive just learnt about the TEA form exercise
Its sounds like it could help me, it actually makes sense how it can re-programme your thoughts, im willing to give it a fair trial, so from now on my note pad will be my best friend.

But omg my dad is literally addicted to the internet, especially facebook..
he goes on from the morning untill 2am
He gets bad mood swings, and its cutting him from the outside world, he hardly talks to us anymore
whats annoyed me the most is that hes on his laptop downstairs when he's left the upstairs pc on, but not only that, I told my mom and now hes being a total child about...

Ive finally got the nack of walking into a supermarket and relaxing, but thats only by the small part of the entrance.
I cant stand wide spaces, I feel like a headgehog lost on a road, pushing the trolley makes me feel like a clumsy oath, Is it just me or stopping in the middle of the shop with the trolley make you physically sick? I just cant do it.

After going out 2 days in a row I now feel lazy because im not doing anything, I wish there was somewhere I coudl go or something I could do, having no friends deffinatly takes its toll.
I wish I actually had the courage to go to a SA meeting or some sort of fun group
