'watch me shrink'

So I was looking at a video on youtube and I saw a vid in the corner of the screen called 'watch me shrink' so okay, sounded interesting.. A woman the exact weight as me [well a stone bigger, but if she can do it, then so can I right!?], so anyway she lost weight in a year, and I mean ALOT of weight! how inspirational! you see people on the TV and on mags all the time saying how they lost alot of weight, but they're never the weight you are and you never really see the results.
she posted pictures of herself each month, each one getting slimmer.
So ive started with today, in the newyearr and going to end my diet 3rd dec 2011
Ive always struggled with my weight and ive seen that the weight can come off, it just needs timeand consistansy.
