A perfect roll

So yesturday I didnt end up going to a fireworks display, which I ended up crying because I wrecked the evening for my family, whenever I wont go, they refuse to leave me here and go
To be honest, not going to the event has ruined a perfect roll for me.
I managed to go to a wedding, a meal & trick or treating, so I sort of let myself down.
Its too bad that my brother doesnt live here with me and my parents, because he's the only one that can encourage me to go out.
He's the only one who can let my guard down.

Try not to think like you have ruined your roll, going to a wedding and others can be really anxiety provoking and you managed to do them :D nothing can take that away, ok you had a wee set back, but out of 4 things you managed to do 3, if you manage to do keep doing every 3 out of 4 things you will be well on your way and it will become u managing to do 5 out of 6, 90 out of 100. Allow yourself to not do stuff because of anxiety, the important thing is your on your way, your doing most of the things and the more you do that the less stuff you won't be able to do. Noone expects you do suddenly be able to do everything, its a slow process but you seem to be doing really well :D
Good luck for the next things that you will be able to do and try not to worry about the stuff you can't do yet, you will get there.Posted 7th November 2010 at 20:08 by AAAli -
