well done for getting through it Olly. GP's aren't always knowledgeable at all when it comes to mental health, but the counselling you've got out of it sounds like it should be of value.

I'm thinking about how we used to collect kindling and make fires in Cubs, and what a nice thing that is to do in Winter. This may be how pyromania starts :laughing:

Thanks, I think that one of the biggest problems for me in changing jobs though is I'm absolutely terrified of meeting new people and trying to get along with them, I'm also a creature of routine and I think something as big as a new job may be a step too far for me to take.

I think I need to start with some smaller things first and then maybe build up to a job change (or, I might not need to worry about all this job rubbish if I win £113 million on Friday, it's got to be my turn one day).
