Hehe! That's a nice healthy breakfast you had there.

It's now 11:02 and I'm now tucking into a bowl of apricot filled mini shredded wheat with vanilla flavoured probiotic yoghurt drink on them (a strange concoction I discovered one morning when I was in a hurry and realised I'd run out of milk). It's rather sweet; I don't normally have sweet stuff for breakfast but I was inspired by Amber's choice and this is the closest I can do. :smile2:

Re: The SA-UK breakfast thread

muesli with apple and raspberry compote and pumpkin seeds.

i intend to undo this virtuousness later on, with a sausage sandwich.

Re: The SA-UK breakfast thread

10-30 - cheese and onion mccoys :headshake ( i had too! they were there)

11am - beans on toast, and tea.

i'm about to go for a walk. i was going to have an apple, but it's rapidly turning into a sausage roll. damn!

i don't know how you do it...if i ate that in the morning, i'd burst into flames. i do WISH i could eat like that in the morning, obviously.

hmm. maybe i could take it if i was healthier? i could eat better for a while so that eventually i would be able to eat worse. that's powerfully motivational

Pasta and sauce that I managed to slop down myself because I was balancing the plate on my knee at the desk.

Nothing like chereographed elegance.

Edit: Oh. It's lunch now. How slow.

9.30am (forgot we are supposed to note the time!)

Thought I'd give having breakfast in daylight hours a go. Moussaka & a glass of red wine. Luverly :D

Re: The SA-UK breakfast thread

9.40 - I partook of a bowl of Golden Syrup Oat So Simple followed by half a Twix finger with a cup of coffee.
Feel incredibly full as I don't usually have more than chocolate and coffee.
