I've noticed in chat that a lot of new people have joined that are over 30, so I thought this might be a good way of people getting to know each other. Don't know if it will work but we can try. Thought I'd structure it a bit:

my biggest problem is i cant cope-itus
my smallest is SA although it creeeps up and bites me in some odd places im maniging it ok atm, depersion is mager factor as is my husbandds illnes to my not coping plus 3 kids 2 small boys and a 10yo girl (is this suposed to be this hard idk)

Would love to say going for coffee, movies, walks but my mental health issues including depression, SA and general anxiety disorder prevents me from going out my front door for sometimes days, if not 2-3 weeks at a time.
