i'm fascinated by the anagram mindset, but i feel the fascination hinders me. i was banging on about it last night with my esteemed colleague, spinal


it always feels like the technique is about 99% getting out of the way of your brain, and just letting it do it, but the feeling of surrendering to your brain and feeling that hideous mofo mobilize is kind of scary


but yeah obv you went to sleep and yr brain was like "god, i thought she'd never shut up! now about that anagram..."
