My deep rooted anxiety has seemed to have caused my BDD and OCD. I realise now that my OCD, BDD and SA (how many acronyms lol) are caused by this anxiety so i am asking if anyone else as other problems apart from Social Anxiety like OCD.
Before i noticed i had OCD and BDD i was your typical shy person so i think that some people are just born with the anxiety in them that in life will manifest itself as arelated condition.

I have OCD as well as SA, plus 'other things'.

I have often wondered where they all come from - OCD is said to be caused by chemical imbalance in the brain and not so much by external influences. I have looked in to my past and can see alot of things as triggers for others. Like possibly your BDD could trigger you SA?
