PS- OF course I have to see therapist aswell so I can tell them that Ive been having thoughts of ending my life. That Ive been feeling that I just dont wnat to live with mind the way it is etc. Just been finding it all really hard to cope with- since mental breakdown.

just to share all my worries with etc.
