i.e. Thursday + Sunday fixtures....

just my diet,
breakfast is always 6 egg whites+2 whole eggs, peppers and spices etc with two slices of wholemeal toast
few hours later at work it's chicken with pasta
then it's protein powder...

Newcastle actually recruit well, Mitrovic, Wijnaldum and previously Anita, Sissoko etc are all quality players.
personally I'd love Wijnaldum over Lallana and Mitrovic over Benteke for us...
