clive: i think for the kinda music youre making checking out one of the big sample based instruments like sprectrasonics trilogy(i think that might be the bass one, they have a few) would be a good...

liking your stuff clive, its pretty chilled and groovey and doesnt have any rappers so far which i like :D, also thanks guys for the kind comments on my production, ive been working pretty hard at it...

no i havent used it for djing yet, havent mixed two records together in years but i'll get round to it someday when my set up is right, at the moment i'm using a cheapo laptop with a pair of samson...

working is hard, i seem to be fine around certain people and anxious around others, i remember one job we had to have these - mini-confrences, i just kept quite and it was alright no feedback....

i used to be relatively alright, until i approached my work place................then panik woud set in.......at worst i would i was petrified or shaking...........there was always a physiological...

i think drugs can be effective for a while, depending on the situations, they've definately mellowed me out, i think though in the long run you want something more real, like what normal people...

i think i might have this a bit, i kind of feel off balance and my shoulders tend to hunch over a bit, i find press ups help me a some along with posture exercises.
