I've had this and didn't realise it was voices thought it was someone in the room or my dreams it is very stressful. I was hallucinationating from an illness. It did go away after I slept better....

I made a list of negative thoughts and put percentage I believed them then I challenged the list and most of it I had exaggerated...

Thanks yes I do that with him he can put his coat and shoes when I help. But he refuses to even try doing it him self maybe because he gets frustrated when he can't do it himself.

^^ Its probably me judging my self more but I also worry people would recognise me from when I used to swim regularly. Also finding a swimming costume i feel comfortable hardwork when gained weight.
