Before people lecture me i know its stupid and i should only gamble with the money i can afford to lose but i have been gambling sinse i was about 12yo and i have quit a few times and always gone...

i have self medicated with alcohol to the point that i have an alcohol problem witch is really stupid but what i want to know is if i get my anxiety levels down will i drink less? i guess not ever...

i have never broken down in public or alone partly i think because i'm a guy and partly how i was raised, my dad never showed any emotion when i was a kid, he never showed any sign that he loved me...

I done an anxiety management course through mind (in a group) but i was very quiet and it didn't really help (probably because i didn't help myself by trying to engage people and use the information...

Dialectical behavior therapy?

My G.P. has suggested i do this form of therapy so i was wondering how many have done this before and what does it entail also did it help (obviously not asking anyone who doesn't want to share :P )

ESA tribunal outcome

yay i won my appeal and got lots of money backdated from 2010. My support worker came with me wich made it easier (i wouldn't have won without her)
