Therapy, counselling, drugs, psychiatry and I'm no better than i was 10 years ago, worse in fact, worst ive ever been.

I don't know if this is how you all feel aswell, i want to meet new people...

Thinking of getting off all the meds I'm on as they are either somewhat effective with shitty side effects or very effective but a serious addiction guaranteed if used every day.

Therapy scares...

Same as me then, thinking of getting put back down to 150mg twice a day. I've noticed a bit of weight gain since being on 300mg twice a day.

How do you find it? I just went up to the max dose recently and haven't noticed much difference than when i was on 300mg a day, it's no valium but i have to say i was 100x worse before being on it...

If you tell your GP that the medication he's been giving you isn't working then as far as i'm aware he has to offer an alternative, maybe i'm wrong.

I feel like a complete hypocrite writing this as i've always medicated myself or got medication from a GP but have you tried any therapies? CBT, DBT etc.

Has your GP even recommended some NHS...

Every single medical professional i've seen for anxiety i have got this response, that's dozens of GPs, a handful of therapists and a couple of psychs.
