Re: What is your Job?

I'm a binman and it's quite easy for me. It's just me and my driver and I don't have to interact with anyone else during my work. I just turn up, do my job, and go home taking no problems home with...

Re: Do you like human beings?

I really don't like Pathetic Earthling (me) and that makes it impossible to like anybody else.

Re: Taking Diazepam short-term

I always thought that drugs could be used to correct a chemical imbalance occuring naturally in the brain.

Re: Intro

I understand where you are coming from. I struggle with any kind of conversation on any topic most of the time. At least you are trying though. 'Fake it 'til you make it' as someone once said to me....

Re: Younger the worse

I was at that age when my parents finally split after what felt like years of shouting and fights. That's when it all started for me I think. I kind of believe that a part of me is still 8, refusing...

Re: Escapism

Cannabis. It takes the edge off and makes me satisfied even while doing nothing.

Re: Does not having children (in your 30s plus) bother you?

I don't want children to pass on my anxieties to. I do regret not not wanting to have them and I wish I felt capable but I don't.
My life has no purpose.

Re: Summarise your SA

I'd be fine if only I could talk to people. I just have nothing to say. I don't go out except to work or visit my herb dealer. My life could be summarised as a 'waste of food'.

Re: Never progressing?

I'm not progressing at all. I've pretty much given up on life and at the age of 47 I'm very bored (boring)

Re: Ideal person

People are not like this. Nobody is always happy. If you want a girl, you have to accept that she will be unhappy sometimes too. And she'd even be unhappy with you sometimes I'm afraid. That's life.

Re: Time To Admit I Can't Cope Any Longer

I agree with Coffee, you should ask your gp to refer you to a psychiatrist. They have access to a range of meds that gps are unable to prescribe. You may find that there is a med out there that will...

Re: Do Your Antidepressants Help The Anxiety?

Maybe ask you doctor to refer you to a psychiatrist as they have access to medications that GPs are unable to prescrible. I am on antidepressants for my depression and also a med called Olanzapine...

Re: Small things that annoy you (3)

New things are not called 'new' any more. They have to be called 'all-new'. What's the difference? Just another symptom of the slow slide towards Americanisation.

Re: Which is your favorite decade for music

I am a big fan of Frank Zappa. He was busy creating music from the late 60s, through the 70s and 80s until his death in 1993. I consider myself very fortunate that my life coincided with his for long...

Re: Can you ever beat depression?

I don't think it can be beaten. I think that like this present recession, it will never end (maybe that's the depression talking though )

Re: Have you ever sene a psychologist?

Re: Tories discuss stripping benefits claimants who refuse treatment for Anxiety.....

If you're working then you are not at risk of losing benefits anyway. It only applies to benefits claimants.
