Hmmm... that's not entirely what I was saying. I definitely don't think you should avoid challenging yourself if you're not self-confident but I also think that salsa might not be the right choice...

Funnily enough I went to a Salsa class a couple of weeks ago for the first time. It did force me out of my comfort zone which was nice(!?) and dancing with random men who I'd never met was something...
