Yes I am the same, I've cancelled 3 hospital appointments this month, supposed to be rebooked for tomorrow but I know there will be some reason why I can't go.
Also, my dentist is now refusing to...

She always points out that I'm red or sweaty which usually makes me worse, especially if there are a few people at the table. If I could get her to understand why I go like that and how highlighting...

Yes and this does help to a certain degree, it doesn't prevent it but it does make the panic symptoms less severe. I do drink a bit too much though and one glass of wine usually leads to a lot more...
