I can't take antidepressants so i need to take diazepam but only when i really really need it and it works really good, i wouldn't take beta blockers every day for anxiety just when really needed...

We weren't in lockdown when i didn't have a f2f assessment lots of people don't have f2f assessments obviously not the majority but still lots of people. ...

Not necessarily you could have met a descriptor they didn't contact my GP either I did write on my form that I was waiting to see a mental health professional though, a few people haven't believed me...

You don't get support group by scoring points you need to meet a support group descriptor or qualify under the special regulations(reg 35) you can ask them for a copy of the decision makers report...

I'm in support group like you when i first applied i didn't have a f2f assessment i didn't have a clue about esa or the horror stores i didn't even know i was supposed to send in medical evidence...

I feel like I act like a 4 year old in front of people but that's when my panic attacks started so I think I just never learned how to be around people from that age and l just clam up around them.

Good luck when I did CBT my therapist tried to do role play just having a normal conversation with me I couldn't even do that,I kept forgetting what I was supposed to say and she needed to tell me...

Thanks skittles but it ended up there was a book at the surgery for him and my sister wrote something nice and included my name in it so that made me feel a bit better as he will know from that.

They tried CBT with me but by that time I was way to far gone and was having a meltdown by the time I went to the doctors for help,but having had SA for about 44 years at the time I don't think CBT...
