Greenman, I have an alarm clock that slowly lights up in morning with birds singing. I got it a few years ago and does help getting up in the winter. I sometimes over do the red wine, its a thin line...

Really nice knowing im not alone in this. People don't understand how bad it can be, feel like im dying sometimes.

I think it's also to do with irrational thoughts. Past experiences can relate certain situations with negative outcomes when actually they are unrelated...if you know what i mean.....

Yes I think this is social anxiety. A lot of people say they can't argue with people in authority but I find it tends to be people that I think might judge me.

CBT isn't a cure but it's a step in the right direction. I think it's the first step to noticing why you have these feelings and how the body effects the mind. I have always found one...
