Depends what working out means. Doing 100 reps on the abductor machine with 2 plates loaded on the stack trying as hard not to break a sweat or grimace with exertion to me doesn't cut it as working...

There are degrees of narcissism. It's a trait everyone has to some degree but you wouldn't describe someone who has very low levels of narcissistic behaviour as a narcissist.
