Venlafaxine and Pregabalin
I've been prescribed 300mg of venlafaxine XR and 200mg of pregabalin (100 x 2 a day) for a few months now, alongside longstanding prescriptions for 10mg diazepam a day and 7.5mg zopiclone each night....

Re: How techno dumb are you?
I lived until very recently with a highly skilled computer 'whizz' for many years, even being so lazy as to get him to download films etc for me. After his departure, I'm realising what a luddite...

Re: The sound spiral: misophonia
I've often wondered if I had a degree of misophonia... audible mastication, noisy breathing, snoring, dogs yapping, high sensitivity to noise in general (I can't sleep without earplugs)

Re: The 30+ how are you feeling thread
I've never been one for hyperbole but this has been the worst year of my life so far.
So much has happened just in the past couple of weeks that I get the sensation sometimes like when you spin...

Thought I'd stick my old face in here...
It's been a while, I hope all you young scamps are behaving yourselves :)
My username is a slight misnomer as I've not owned rats for 4 and a half years now, but it's the spirit of it that counts...

Re: How is everyone feeling? (27)
Anxious to hear back about the flat we have applied to rent - paid 'holding fee' and handed over the paperwork on Sunday, just waiting now and terrified that we will be found lacking in some way!

Re: When did you stop living with parents?
18 firstly, to go to uni - then back and forth until 23, so it's been 10 years now since I lived with them. I could probably cope with living back at home, God forbid, for a couple of weeks, I'd...
