I had gotten myself up to 14 stone (at 6'6"), which felt like a big milestone, but then i had a tooth out and couldn't eat for a few weeks, so now i'm back to working my way up from 13 and a half...

It's a problem that could have lots of different triggers, but i too have a massive issue with eating in front of people. If i really really trust someone, i might be able to eat a small amount, but...
