Not all therapists have an understanding of transference, or work with it like psychotherapists, but here's how it works best (in my opinion):) in therapy.

Well the whole aim of therapy is to help you help yourself sort of thing anyway, and anyone going into therapy thinking of it in-terms of resolving their issues for them is going to be disappointed....

Run; 20minutes footing around lake + 9x1m30 (90/95% FCM), no back problems so did a small work out with much caution for my abs/arms.

For anyone interested 'fitness blender' has some quite good...
