I have a sleep app for my phone called sleep cycle, it wakes you gently out of your sleep at a set time rather...

p.s Seroxat ruined my life i would never tell anyone to take this. It distorted my reality ALOT i was doing things i wouldn't normally do, i was dillusional and i gained 3 stone. Evil stuff.

Yep, i cried today walking home from uni... hate the way i'm over emotional....probably more the depression than the anxiety however i didnt want to leave the house at all today and had mass anxiety...
