Well so far in the first couple of weeks i was depressed quite badly in one day bouts, and had increased anxiety - i dont know if this was down to the ssri, or circumstance, but id not felt that low...

i think thats some important points there - i often blamed my personality for not being able to talk at ease and socialise, but its not who you are, its the anxiety that stops you developing social...

I thought about reading out loud from books an hour a day or so when at home.. the idea being to get very articulate at speaking, as i often **** my words up when talking to people i dont know well....

I think social skills are largely learnt, which means with practice you can get much better at them.

For example set responses and banter are very repetitive, and small talk is just about asking...

the extra sweating i experienced from noradrenaline - reboxetine a NARI really did this to me, id even get skin tingles when i walked or exercised like you do on speed.

I got the brain shivers...

well i started prozac today Moksha, and felt effects from it for sure when i tried it 7 years ago (tho with drinking 3 times a week not a fair go)

I chose prozac as it had the least - no - weight...
