This may be a wrong thing to say, but I love my family here in Wilts, more than I do my sister's daughters. The older niece will be 28 this year and the younger one 25. I've seen very little of them....

It was great to get positive reactions to the photo I posted. I struggle with thinking I look freakish/odd/weird etc. I fully expected ‘At least they look good’ comments. I constantly struggle...

IThank you both. t took a lot of nerve . I have major problems when it comes to self confidence/esteem/image/worth etc. I seldom think a picture of me is good. I'm very self conscious. .

i get quite anxious over how much eye contact I should make. As for reducing the deficits, 20 years ago a 50/50 possibility IMO. Now- very unlikely to happen.
