Visiting historical places and learning the history of a place, trying the local cuisines,learning the language. I also like to just walk by the coast if there is one.

At the moment its red velvet cake or something fruit based like an apple crumble or cherry pie with ice cream. Sticky toffee pudding but yes has to be from Cartmel. Also any kind of cheesecake.

I was a complete nerd at secondary school,very quiet and reserved but a bookworm. I wasn't really in a group,just had a few friends I socialised with.

My weight still causes me anxiety,even though I've lost quite a bit,the fact that I am still overweight just stops me from really enjoying life. I think it's the main thing that does cause me issues...

I agree,I don't think even looked it and analysed it the way we do ourselves,we worry about things that other people haven't even given second thought to and it's difficult to get out of that habit.
