Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..

In Bruges (2008). 1. Tripe. I rate all films online a 1 if I thought they were not worth anyone's time. But I'm probably a decade too late with most of them.

Re: What are you having for tea tonight?

^ Apparently.

Funnily, my German friend abroad told me about this and I've never heard of it. It kinda bothers me that it exists.

Re: What was the last thing you Shazam'ed?

Chopin- Waltz no. 7 in C sharp minor, Op. 64 no. 2 but just for the second part of it at 45 seconds. The rest of it and his other music is unlistenable for me.

Re: Seeing the GP for Social anxiety

Think about what you would like from the GP. They may ask you this and will give some options. Could be medication. Could be a social group where you can talk to people. You might want to be...

Re: Attending best friends wedding

Could you perhaps attend the ceremony and quietly leave after that?

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..

Glass Onion. Ultimately, poop. Lied to again by reviews. The first one was ok, this one didn't get interesting for an hour and I thought it might redeem itself but it's really stupid and a chore.

Re: Type what you're thinking about right now (11)

I found out the hard way last month about the dentist. No one told me about them all going private. They had even deleted my records so I had to pay for exams and xrays never mind the treatments. But...

Re: An oh-so-simple phone call

Like snakes and ladders. I really blame the weather for my lack of motivation lately.

And I can phone or do things if needed but always have trouble breathing and being relaxed any time I need to...

Re: Did you like school?

I liked it up until secondary and then I had to travel too much and preferred to stay in bed. It wasn't a good idea in hindsight because I didn't finish school and it had a big knock on effect. I...

Re: Type what you're thinking about right now (11)

As I was walking to the shop yesterday, a young boy, maybe 7 years old was just sitting on the curb and drawing something with chalk. He waves at me and says hello. I said are you waving at me? He...

Recurring dreams

Does anyone have similar recurring dreams?

I never finished school formally in 1997 because I didn't take my GCSEs and wasn't there in the final weeks. For years now I've been dreaming about never...

Re: Type what you're thinking about right now (11)

If I'm not occupied with something, yes.

When I used to work, I used to have a lot of anxiety about just starting my shift and thought I wouldn't make it through the day. Like I might just conk...

Re: Type what you're thinking about right now (11)

Dunno if anyone will agree with me, but I think the Kate Middleton photo they put out today is funky. I don't ever read or watch news about the royals but I play with Photoshop a lot and me and...

Re: Did you use to like WWE when you were younger?

If I had Sky like my cousin did, I probably would have at least watched the bigger WWF events like Wrestlemania in the late 80s-early 90s. When it was Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Macho Man and so...

Re: Pregabalin anti-anxiety drug in the news

I only told my GP and some mental health services that she needed help and what she was taking herself. They said she was on their radar but that's about it.

Re: Pregabalin anti-anxiety drug in the news

This will probably be unhelpful but I knew a psychotic woman who took 600mg per day for back pain. I can barely go into how much of a mess her situation was (tablets everywhere) and it's difficult to...

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..

I have a habit of picking 1-star films such as We (2018). It was the same, awful story told again and again by several different viewpoints. Not even the nudity saved it.

Re: OCD bathing

A friend some years ago developed OCD about washing his hands and showering and even wears gloves or a bag on his hands to hold the vacuum. Also has general paranoia.

I honestly think that...

Re: Is cleaning work a suitable job for someone with social anxiety?

^That reminds me I had a job in a hotel, making the beds and cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. But I only lasted a day and disappeared. Partly because I was so unfit at the time and working quickly...

Re: Herbal stuff

This won't be helpful but I have some CBD oil (2400mg) that doesn't seem to do anything and some herbal tea (Pukka Lemon, Ginger & Manuka Honey) but that's more because my throat never feels great...
