My mam and dad are my best friends. My dad has the same hobbies cycling athletics except for wwe. never found people into that.

does going to certain places cause more anxiety than others? I'm not sure on this because I've been housebound and everywhere was daunting. And it still is but when I was in the library a thought did...

This is what my brother was saying his mindset has somewhat changed. But it's scary as flip in jobcentre say or anywhere! even the launderette!

With hindsight I definitely could have tried more in certain groups but really wasn't to know and it's easy to say that now as opposed to facing it in the moment on the day.
