Yes im always doing exercise makes me feel alot better in my self, and what therapy have you had snd did you find it helped:)

Yeah i know, feel that blushing has affected me so much cant do public speaking/presentation and when talking to people always fear i will say something stupid and embarass myself

Yes ive had it since being a child about 5 i am now 21 only just had the confidence to go to the doctors and talk about it proper, blushing is one of the things that bothers me the most ecpecially...
