Yes im head down get to point a to b avoiding as many people as i can, ill climb walls and fences, walk along busy highways just to avoid ppl lol.
However i do people watch from afar sometimes....

When my anxiety is high i have zero interest in eating, i just feel sick. After a few days i have to force myself to drink complan meal replacement drinks. I always have a stash on hand.
