- 10 hours a day for sleeping = 98 hours

- an hour a day for toilet breaks, getting food and drink etc = 91
- an hour a day...

That's easy to say, but how many SA people will that work for? very few I would expect.

Given that a fairly common SA trait is to go home and do 'post mortem' of events and find faults and things...

Worked for Nicole Kiddman. I believe the reason she started acting classes was to tackle social phobia (the term prefered in the US i think)

That's true, but flash cards will come down in price though.

What you can buy now for £20 will in 18 months time be twice the capacity, half the size and half the price.

I bought a 4gb SD card...
