Do you find your anxiety gets worse with age?

I thought as I got older I would find it easier to deal with my anxiety,but only find it becoming more difficult the older I get.Does anyone else fell the same?

I have always looked younger than my age one boss I ha d in the past thought my husband was my dad,which is crazy as my husband is actually 3 years you get than me ***128512;. I think I look about 8 years...

do you answer the door?

i've stopped answering the door at home during the day as i don't have people just popping in unannounced and know they will be cold callers etc which i hate as i cant get rid of them an scared to...

i used to do it when i was at school even and used to walk around humming to myself etc i got some strange looks and everyone avoided me.

its strange isnt it i dont know how some people cant constantly be going over things in their mind all the time and have nothing going on in there.i'm glad i'm not the only one.

have my 5th cbt session later today

and i dont know what to tell my therapist,i have to write down when im feeling anxious etc in certain situations and write down thoughts and feelings,but i havent put myself in any situations lately...

i often do this at home then stress myself that i have something other than sa like aspergers.i randomly hum stupid things or answer my thoughts out loud.
