If it's just you in the bed then I don't see why every few months isn't enough!! Once a week is just overkill but when I was with my ex (he was a sweaty fecker!) it was probably once every 1-2 weeks....

I used to smoke a lot of cannabis .... since I was 14 and pretty much every day from 16 to 30! I could easily get through a quarter a day.
