Same as u ^ it is exhausting... its harder when your trying to 'work at it' and over come it. Constantly being overly aware of everything when your out is very tiring.

I took a downward spiral, I went through my CBT counselling for 6 months and towards the end I deff made some big improvements.... I was able to cope with being 'around...
