I can only speak from my experience, but I don't think multigyms are really any good. You stimulate more muscle fibres (or something like that) by using a bench. A bench and a good set of weights...

Measure your ring and index fingers on your right hand and see which is longer. If your ring finger is longer, it means you were probably exposed to more testosterone in the womb.

That's interesting. I only measured it on my right hand and assumed it would be the same on both sides. My ring finger is longer on both hands but even more so on the right.
