Re: Relationships: How do they grow?
There is definately an initial high. If you meet someone you're genuinely interested in, you'll be super excited all the time. According to science your brain actually produces a hormone that creates...

Re: Who is Barry Scott
Personally I wouldn't have thought either of them. Possibly Boc11, but I think it would be out of character for him. Goddy likes a good wind-up, but I can't imagine him getting past 10 posts before...

Re: Good books on social anxiety/ depression
Feel the Fear was the first self-help book I got my hands on when I first started suffering from anxiety. It's not about SA and it isn't directly about anxiety or depression, it's really a universal...

Re: Mozilla Firefox
I've never had any problems with Firefox. If you want to get rid of it though but you don't want to go back to IE maybe you should give Opera a go.

Re: Good books on social anxiety/ depression
Not sure about personal accounts.
Some books recommended time and time again are:
Overcoming social Anxiety and Shyness - Gillian Butler ...and

Re: Pie!
Tough choice, the shepards pie sounds delicious, but 9 times out of 10 I'll go for the classic minced beef and onion.

Re: Jump We Might As Well Jump
It's a pretty standard OCD thought. In fact the jumping thought is present in a lot of people I think, walking across bridges, etc.

Re: martial arts and consciousness
I don't know about 'mystical' or 'spiritual'. Definitions of those words vary wildy. Buddhist practice though, especially Zen, can be very logical, simply raising awareness to the life that surrounds...
