I've tried CBT just stuck in a room/on the phone with a therapist, and also CBT that included exposure therapy as part of the treatment. The exposure therapy was a million times better and enabled...

Only five months?!! Wow, that's ages on the NHS. I've always had to stop after 2/3 months. Appreciate how you're feeling though - I couldn't stand it when the therapist kept going on about the end...

Well being VI, I think it affects my SA in that I'm often likely to do things like tripping over/walking into things I haven't seen etc., and do get ultra-paranoid about not being seen as 'normal'...
