This happens to me all the time, and then people wonder why you don't speak much, well what's the point?!

Someone just rang me and I was given an assessment appointment for Thursday because someone else cancelled, so that's not as bad, I can see what they think would be best :)

Group therapy?
I was referred to the mental health services in January, after previously believing I had been referred in May 2009, and again in September, but my Doctor apparently forgot to do the referrals....
