Cycling 30 minutrs a day
Im using my indoor cycle for 30 minutes a day. Built up from 5 minutes about a month ago.
Its good for my stress levels and leg strength.

Im a bit boring with fish. Just cod and herring or plaice. White fish really. My doctor told me its best to take supplements during the week and take weekends off.
I do eat a lot of fresh vegetables...

Does anyone else get this? It really doesnt matter what I eat...just as soon as I eat anything hot ...its gotten so bad that I have to get lots of tissues out and put them beside me. I never had this...

Who here takes supplements? Ive been taking Floradix for a while now. I think it helps with my mood etc.
Mine is nice tasting! Liquid form as I cant swallow capsules!
