I'm worried I will break down crying in front of the GP I cry really easily I don't know why. I probably get too overwhelmed by all the having to socialise. It's very embarrassing :(

I know this might be a silly question but how do you write a letter to the GP? Would an email work too?
It sounds like a good idea because I really struggle to talk to people in real life.
