I,ve got an interview next week at the job centre so i think its most likely i,ll be doing the voluntary thing soon too.
Gonna try and get outdoors work too at least it,ll be in the summer.

I cant believe how much my confidence has gone up since the wedding, i,m trying to go to more social gatherings to keep the momentum going :).

I have been on Cipralex since February 10mg and then it was increased to 20mg and have been more normal than i have in a long time.

The only side affect i had was a very slight jerky movie...

I bought the Paul McKenna - Control Stress Book and CD and find it very relaxing.
Listening to it for about 7 days and i think it has helped me.

Meds have def helped me these past few weeks, also writing things down seems to help too, sort of unburdens you.

Even just random writings helps youd be surprised what you can write sometimes.

Interviews can be very stressful so its ok to feel a bit nervous.

I did a Mindfulness a few years ago and it helped me greatly.
The take you through all sorts of stuff like meditation techs,the body scan, learning to breath some yoga etc.

Really got a lot out...
