Waking up with mild tremors

^ Well done Isabelle, it's brilliant that you lost weight without all the self-discipline and could still enjoy a smoke. I managed to come off my ecig for about 2 days but didn't really want to stop....

Found an old box of Fluoxetine behind the TV, I think it's practically saved my life because the panic attacks have been bad recently.
And now I know what the electric shocks were at night, low...

My best friend passed away today peacefully, he was asleep so he wouldn't have known. Glad I got to see him on Sunday and he knew I was there.
Life is strange without him, lots of local places...
