Re: Fear of being looked at/photographed/etc

I don't mind so much if I take a photo of myself and put it on facebook or something - as long as I look half decent, but if someone else takes a photo of me I freak out.
In just about every...

Re: Ok so I know this has been asked 1000 times before (GPs)

Thanks for the replies :)

This is exactly what I can see happening to me. We have to record all our client sessions and play samples to our supervisor. A few sessions of me jabbering like a...

Firstly, I haven't been on here for way too long, sorry. I've been busy with uni, and if I'm honest trying to distance myself from here in a bid to 'forget' my anxiety. Well, it didn't work, so I'm...

Re: Celebrities with mental illness

Sia Furler has all but quit the music industry - stopped doing live shows, and possibly recording full stop, because of anxiety and PTSD. Reading her twitter feed brings tears to my eyes... :(

Re: Would anyone be able to literally save my life on wed?!

I'm not sure, I'm gonna ring the box office (think I've finally found a number) tomorrow and find out if it's possibly for them to resell the tickets or something. You never know.
And Shy Gem, if...

Re: "Examples of in Vivo exposure tasks to challenge estimated social cost"

I understand what they're trying to say with these exercises, but like people have said there's no way whatsoever I could ever do 99% of those.
What I think would have been better to do is to start...

Re: Accents
