You'd be surprised to find out a lot of folk would rather serve there time in jail than mental hospitals as with the latter there's no steadfast release date and you could be held there for years...

I would say citropram is hell on earth to come off. Get med for helping and stopping panic attacks since I've been off it I feel a lot more panicky

Hi all I've suffered from anxiety and social anxiety all my life for a'bit I thought I had beaten it but now it's back and really taking it out of me.

Stress and tiredness
Am so stressed out at the moment all I want to do is shut down and sleep does anyone else find that stress makes me want to sleep the more stressed out the more tired you are? :wave:

I think it says to avoid it if you can there's no issues been found in medical study's.
Black outs either drinking to much to fast or possibly developing an alcohol problem from drinking to much...
