You try so hard not to do it but it's a compulsion. Like today I washed my hands with a screw tap and I just wanted to sanitise straight after, but I didn't. It felt painful to ignore that want.
Sometimes I open and close the bin with my foot so I don't have to wash my hands again! I'm pretty good at opening doors with my feet as well. (£25 a pic, £80 a video)
