I've heard (from a plumber) that fancy toilet paper is one of the leading causes of blockages. It's too thick and doesn't break down as easily as the cheap stuff.
On the subject of toilets, I was having a wee today (I usually wait until I get home because university toilets are filthy, but I really needed to go) and when I was washing my hands afterwards, I spotted two men (late teens, early twenties) walking out of the same cubicle. I don't know what they were doing in there - something to do with sex or drugs, I presume. Not that there's anything wrong with that. They didn't wash their hands though.
