^ Well I hadn't felt unwell, till I work up freezing cold at 3am, still not putting 2 and 2 together I got up and went to turn the heating on! Stood up and couldn't stop shivering, then realised I was really hot not cold! Spent a couple of hours with a fever. Seems to have gone now, though I now kind of feel like I have a mild hangover I guess.
